Sold me a vehicle with a bent chassis when the vehicle was called through for inspection it was jointly acknowledged by department heads that the vehicle does in fact have a bent chassis. It was a vehicle that i intended on keeping for years but was replaced with a new one but had to fork out a huge amount. I strongly feel that the vehicle should have been replaced but at no cost due to the negligence and inconvenience caused to the customer. I later learnt that the exact vehicle with the bent chassis was being resold on the internet and at a much higher price than what i was paid. If I picked this problem up, how many other vehicles are being passed through the same process.
