Overcharging and bad attitude

Installed a new battery and have the cheek to ask for consumable charge of R150.00. I would like to see these consumables, no other battery shop would dare to do this. They also have a club card which does not function. Please no one take up this option of upgrade as you can never use the card that is if you ever receive it. I have been waiting since February. Spent R9000 with them and nothing for it.
