I took my car an opel corsa lite to silverton radiators in midrand because the radiator was leaking. The manager took an hour to attend to me and his attitude was very bad as if he was doing me a favour. Carol the receptionist decided with her boss to call in a panel beater and never called to inform me instead when is saw the invoive i asked her why it had 500 extra then she said i should appreciate the fact that they had done that for me. i asked to talk to the manager and she refused and after i paid that amount she threw my keys at me and no one even showed me what they had done to the car. I really felt insulted by this people because they kept my car for two days and i had to call them to find out why the car was not done. i never got any apology instead was told to appreciate the fact that im paying for a service i never requested.
