I am a single woman staying in a complex. I have a double garage fitted with automated digidoors. This morning 22/4/2012 sy 6am i tried to open the garage doors with the remote. The door opened just about 1/2 metre. I tried to put it on manual but that also did not work. I was stuck and could not get my car out of the garage to go to work. I phoned your office in Stormill, was not even put through to the service department, eventually the lady said she will ask them to phone me. My husband also phoned and again they said they will phone me. Needless to say, I have still not received any response from them. In desperation i googled to see wheter i can get the name of a repairer of automated garage doors and a very kind gentlement from their opposition helped me.
DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER DIGIDOORS AS THERE IS NO AFTER SALES SERVICE!!!
