I was suppose to receive a delivery which never arrived. I am told that the address is incomplete. I'm here for the last 20 years and received thousands on deliveries but BERCO can't find the address. I guess they don't have a Gps, google maps or a simple map book.
After being shoved around by customer care and calling back for the second time for assistance, the customer care agent, Alsina, tells me that the drivers have left and I can only get delivery on Monday. That is not good enough and unacceptable. I need my delivery today before 4:30pm.
