I would like to take the opportunity to express my gratitude to the attention granted to myself in regards to an issue with my vehicle. It was basically a matter regarding a suspect noise from front of the vehicle which I initially thought was due to the recent upgrade of my tires at the centre. The manager and sales consultant proceeded to examine the possible nature of the issue and took a gap within their considerately busy time to assist in finding the fault.
Definitely a very good positive from the business as I could have been easily referenced to seek a mechanic's opinion instead. This shows a desire of the business in trying to retain customers by going the extra mile. Well done.
