A guy drove in to me last year and I put in a claim via PPS. Hollard got an assessor that is incompetent and would not approve the repairs to my vehicle. The assessor James from Exiliti was a and did not know what he was doing. He to me about things my wife said and gave excuses saying the vehicle had previously been damaged because the accident had chipped paint off and it had some rust on.
The rust was because he took so long to come look at the vehicle. A bakkie drove into the back of me and he said that damage occured because someone drove into the side of me???
After more than 3 months of fighting they only appoved half the repairs and now I have a damaged vehicle I have to drive around with. Pathetic service from a terrible insurer. People beware.
Exiliti are really rerrible assessors and Hollard says they are unwillign to do anything about it.
