MY VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED WHILE IN FOR A SERVICE. WHEN I NOTICED THAT THIS HAD OCCURRED, I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE WORKSHOP MANAGER (PIETER) WHO ASKED ME TO BRING IN THE VEHICLE FOR INSPECTION AND PHOTOS THAT WERE TAKEN. THIS WAS DONE ON THE 16TH OF JULY 2013. A WEEK LATER I TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON SEEING THAT HE WOULD HAVE PHONED ME BACK THE 17TH. I ALSO REALISED THAT MY SERVICE BOOK WAS MISSING. HE PROMISED ME THAT HE WILL GET ME THE BOOK AND WHAT THE PROGRESS IS ON THE DAMAGE ON MY VEHICLE. IT HAS ALMOST BEEN A MONTH NOW AND NOTHING SO FAR.
