Navarra 2013 new with rust and missing parts

I bought a brand new Navarra. I had to go back to the dealership several times and many items was missing and papers mislaid and incorrect.

New out the box 2013 Navarra; The odometer not set and working, no antenna, no spare key, no spec or service book and 2 weeks after the scratched Navarra roof rack was put on all the screws has rusted.

Took delivery on the 18th of March and because the dealership didn't settle my trade in on time my old Debit order came off on the 26th of March. today a full month later I still have not been reimbursed. spent time and several phone calls to get all small bits sorted. Still no spare key as well and service and spec book only delivered to me yesterday after contacting the dealers principal

I always had to take the contact to the dealership, was spinned several stories with various reason and direct.

Buy from them and be prepared to add several hundred rand to your phone bill, accept rust on a 2013 new vehicle and also to spend 6 times or more to go back there to get some resolved bit by bit.

Buying a new Nissan Navarra out the box has been the most stress full and regret full purchase I have ever done.
