Poor or very Bad Service From Imperial Nissan

I am currently a Proud owner of a Nissan X Trail. Unfortunately my services with the above mentioned Dealership was not an equally pleasant experience.
1) I reside in Johannesburg but chose to purchase the vehicle in Durban as the said Dealership offered me a better price. Upon completion of the paperwork in Johannesburg, I was
expected to fetch the vehicle on the 22/02/2013. I then took a Bus to Durban on the understanding I will fetch the vehicle the following morning. On the morning of 22/02/2013, I was
advised by the Dealership the car might not be ready on that day.
Frustrated, I then gave them a time of 2pm, I insisted I will come through to fetch the vehicle. Upon arriving at the Dealership, I waited from 14h00 - 16h45 to collect the vehicle.
2) To Date Nudge Bar Not Fitted
I took possession of the vehicle without the Nudge Bar fitted on the understanding that the Nudge Bar would be couriered to Johannesburg - East Rand Branch.
After my follow ups during the week of the 4th March 2013, I was told to be at East Rand Nissan for the fitment of the Nudge Bar.
The Nudge Bar was not fitted on the 8th March 2013. Reason cited was the 'brackets.
