On the 29 of November 2013 i took delivery of my 2010 Nissan Qashqai 1.6 Acenta Vin: SJNFAAJ10Z2173759 engin: HR16382099B . On the 3 of December 2013 i took the vehicle back for noice on the driverse side wheels, i did mention to the workshop manager that the noice sounds like a shock.By closing of busness the dealership contact me to come and fetch the vehicle, and told me that there is no problem on the shocks. I still heard the noice and therefore took the vehicle back to the dealership on the 17 of December 2013 the dealership notified me that there is a problem with the shocks and will not pay for the shocks. I feel that the problem was there from the delivery of the vehicle and therefore it is the dealers responsibility to give me the vehicle in a good condition. i also traded in 2 vehicles wich is still not settled at Wesbank. Please be so kind and let me know if you will be able to assist me in this matte
