VERY BAD SERVICE

I have bought a second hand Nissan Xtrail on the 23rd of November last year. It was a big decision for us as our previous car was paid off and we didn't really want to have a car instalment again but unfortunately our car was getting too small for our family of 5 and we made the decision of buying the Xtrail. Driving it a week, it was found that the vehicle was in an accident. Not wanting to cancell the deal after spending so much time to get it financed and insured, we decided that Delta should repair the vehicle. It's been 5months later and my vehicle is still at the pannelbeaters. I have been paying 5 instalments so far for a vehicle I don't have. Not ONCE anyone from Kempston phoned me out of their own, explaining to me what the hold up is. Every time I phone them to follow up, they say it is out of there hands and in the hands of the Pannelbeater. For the last 3 months I've been told that my vehicle would be finished "next week". I still don't have it. I'm extremely frustrated as it feels to me that no one is giving a. What should I do? Who must take the responsibility for this, Kempston or the Pannelbeater?
