FLORID CROSS SERVICE HAS BEEN BAD SINCE DAY ONE

My car went in for its 60, 000km service, I was then informed that there was something wrong with the shock mounting. They did not have the part required and I was told that they would contact me within 4 days. I received not feedback from them at all untill I phoned again. I was then told to bring my vehicle in and to my dismay the wrong part was ordered. The car was assembled and I drove it home. Took back the car the next day and the wrong part was ordered again. This was now the second time that the vehicle has been taken in for the same thing. I was not contacted I had to phone Wayne again, the car was not ready but they will assist me with a courtesy vehicle. This vehicle had no petrol in at all I was told it was because it was standing at an angle. I drove home and ran out of Petrol, my wife had to come and assist with 2L so that I could get to a garage. At the garage they tried to clean the window, I could see that the assistant was baffled by the windscreen wipers. I got out to check and realized that there was no wipers. I also then realized that the license disc had expired in October 2012
