My 87 year old father had small bumper bashing yesterday. We went to KRP today. They were busy but managed to squeeze in an immediate minor repair which they did whilst we waited at neighbouring coffee shop. Prevo was fantastic - great customer service & willingness to assist customer & solve problem quickly & efficiently. The work done was good and completed quickly as promised. As stated this was not because the were quiet - the shop was busy. Thank you Prevo and the KRP team - we appreciate your help and will certainly recommend you to our friends.
