Constant bad and slow service

I Have a Triton and just got my wife the Pajero yet the experience of getting it and resolving all the problems are painful.
The set dates they don't stick by, make promises they can't keep. I will not recommend, or see myself buy one again!
Example:
1) The car took longer to get because they wanted the lettersets to look good (or that's what they said) ones I got the car I needed to send it back (because it was badly done).
2) Got the Triton serviced, two weeks later the water light went on, they did not fill it up during the service "what else did they not do? "
3) Call to get a price what it would cost to replace my tritons voltage regulator, spoke to 5 people and no one can give me a strait answer. "Still don't know"
4) Spent R10000 on the sat nave that worked for a month. Had to take it in twice now and send the pictures and still not resolved.
5) Finance was not happy that we used BMW and stopped assisting when buying the Pajero (made it hard BMW gave a better rate than what they could get)

Dannie is trying to help but got involved just too late.
