Pathetic service

Took my bakkie in to rectify valve lifter noise on the 25/02/2013 the vehicle had to stay there for 3 days. They claimed the vehicle was ready for collection on the 27/02/2013 at 15:00 and I had to wait almost an hour because work was not done on the vehicle. The vehicle was returned twice because the repairs were insufficient. The delivery times were not met on any of the promised times on the last occasion on receipt of the vehicle the aircon was now also not working because a plug was left off. The service manager was in a meeting they claimed and did not bother to attend to me I was left high and dry the only person attending to me was Werner. Up to today neither the service manager nor dealer principal bothered to call after the repair to check if the vehicle is now ok after all of the returns to rectify their poor work.
