Insufficient Service, Bad Service and Bad Attitude

On 25th of January, 2013, I brought my vehicle in for a quote on repairs, and was informed to bring in my vehicle in order to start with repairs, with the due date of 14th of May, 2013 for collection of my finished and repaired vehicle.

After phoning a few times yesterday, 24th May 2013, the phone was put down in my ear, while I was trying to make arrangements to come and collect my vehicle.

After 5 weeks of waiting, and a vehicle part still outstanding, the Car Lab has handed over a vehicle to me, unclean, and misled information of a starter that needs to be replaced, where in fact the battery's cells were empty and not even been inspected by the Car Lab who's responsible to hand over a repaired vehicle.

The outstanding car part was only ordered on the 6th of June, 2013. According to the Car-Lab, the part is on back-order by their supplier.

After the Car Lab handed over my vehicle's keys to me, I had to wait for half an hour for them to remove another vehicle that was blocking me to jump start my vehicle.

Today, I am still awaiting on The Car Lab for the outstanding part, and would like to amplify the fact: their Client Service and Repair Service is NOT up to standard!!
