Refund in regarding my ICB

I have been in contact with the Boksburg branch in regarding my refund for my ICB registations fees from the 13 April 2013. Every time I queried about the refund there was documents that needed to be attached. Now the problem is with head office. Where the refund is granted to be paid out during the week from the 1st to the 5th of July. This did not happen. When I contacted Shantal again today she told me that the payment was dated for last week Friday. It seems that payment is done on Fridays where this never happens. And then she will contact me back to let me know what is happening and still their is no feedback on the money that is owing to me. This is not acceptable to treat students this way. And why I have to follow up and the payment that they should have done more then two weeks ago.
