NISSAN GEZINA - EXCELLENT SERVICE

I booked my vehicle for a service today. From the start when I phoned to book the vehicle for a service I dealt with Louise, she was very friendly, advised me on the costs involved and she gave me an available date when I need to bring my vehicle in for the service. On arrival I was amazed by the neat and clean state of the workshop. There were no ques, and Louise assisted me immediately. I requested some extra checks when they perform the service and she made a note of it. My vehicle was entered into the workshop, where there is security present as well. There was also a special client touch, she handed a muffin to myself and my husband before we left in the morning. Louise phoned me during the day to quote me on the extra needs on my vehicle. When I collected my vehicle it was still parked inside the secure workshop. Louise assisted me immediately and she accompanied me to the payment section. After I paid the invoice Louise was ready for me again and handed my vehicle key and accompanied me to my vehicle. I also received additional air freshner for the vehicle. The state and neatness of the workshop and friendliness of the staff really made a difference. IN011424
