Failure to update client about repairs

I took my car for ignition and lock repairs.they never notified me like as promised.they kept on delaying and said it was the battery for the whole two weeks.afterwards i suggested to buy my own battery and i went to collect my car.i managed to get it and put on the new battery that they failed to deliver but i had no problems since my car was fixed.the same day when i got my car i was travelling from bloem to kim then back to bfn again.about 10 kms from gm i saw this engine electoronic light flashing on my instruments and also noticed that my rev counter was low i wanted to go back but unfortunately it was already late.so i kept the car for weekend and took it back on the following monday.they promised to check it on the 31 but it is the 5h already and i dont have any feedback.that service is digusting treat ppl with respect atleast since they cant deliver on time always.i have tried various attempts to get hold of them but not even a single call i got from them.
