This morning (22/07/2013) I went to the Post net branch in Uitenhage to send a parcel to Bloemfontein, I was then informed by the two employees behind the counter that there is no post net branch in Bloemfontein. I then went and made sure that there is a branch in Bloemfontein after contacting the branch in Bloem. I then went back to post net for the second time, whereby again I was told there is no branch in Bloemfontein. After checking their address book or store locator book they saw that there was one. Instead of receiving an apology I instead got a bad attitide from the lady working behind the counter. This is very poor service from obvious incompetent staff. It really gives a bad reflection on the good service post net provides.
