First of all do not just forward this message to the branch because I have contacted the branch and they're ignoring me.
The complaint:
I logged a complaint about the service I got from PG Glass Allen's Nek about 2 months ago. I'm not going to go into the whole situation about what happened again. A manager/supervisor contacted me and we discussed what happened and came to a conclusion. Because the mirror that they deliverd wrong broke, he was going to give me the same sized one at cost price plus cut the broken one so that I can use it at least. I said it is fine he can order me the new mirror. He said he will still contact me in that week arranging the delivery...
It is now a month and half later and I am still waiting for him to contact me. I have sms'd him and got no response. I have emailed the branch and got no response. So can PG glass headquarters please find out what is happening at this branch because they're customer care is pathetic.
