I bought a part from Renault in kimberley 3 weeks ago, i was told im gna get it after 3 working days, its now week 3 and im still waiting, I was helped by a guy named Clement and now everytime i call in i get transfered to him and he ends up dropping the phone on my ear. This is not the first incidents and im not the only one who is complaining about the dealership, most of my friends go to bloemfontein instead of kimberley, I am treated as if im asking for charity by the dealership.
