I took my BMW 1 series in on the 4th of March and I still do not have my car a month later. I have personally been in four times to try and speed up the process and all I get is excuses and empty promises. What is most shocking is there is not even so much as an apology or any attempt to speed the process up. There appear to be very little in the way of systems and processes to deal with issues. I went in and was told that there were some parts on back order. A week and half later I went in and was told that the parts had arrived. A week later I went in and was told that some of the parts did not arrive. Once everything has finally arrived it is a week later and still no car. Surly if someone has been waiting three weeks you get off your and make sure the job is completed quickly. Auitomagic should be able to have some bargining power to get parts quicker. I would really like to know the real issue - understaffed, staff that dont really care?? is what it feels like as the customer.
