Efund still not received... waiting 6 months

I overpaid for a service at MCcarthy toyota in edenvale toward the end of last year. The service rep, Zernobia, said I needed to pay the full amount as the system could not put in the discount, but it would be refunded the next week. 6 Months later and at least 20 phone calls, I am still waiting for the refund. each time I call I am told it will be done within the next few days and then nothing is ever done. Promises, promises and no follow through (and the service wasnt great and had to take my car back twice afterwards!)
