TOYOTA NOT STAYING TRUE TO THEIR VALUES

I bought my Toyota from McCarthy N1 City in Cape Town South Africa three years ago. Last year the Car started to give me problems to a point where the Car could not start. From the outlook the car seemed fine. It did not over heat, there was oil in the car and everything seemed fine but yet the vehicle could not start. I then phoned the insurance who came to collect the car and delivered it to Toyota. From day 1 I was given the run around. Toyota never contacted me and I always had to follow up. The service was just extremely bad. Phone call after phone call and the feedback I received from them was getting less and less. Deadlines came and went and still I did not know what was wrong with my Car. I asked Toyota to supply me with a car while they were busy fixing mine. After two weeks they finally gave one to me. I finally received my vehicle back from McCarthy Toyota a month after they received it, with a work undertaken sheet that was not clear at all.
Eight months later and the Car is giving me the same problems. All I want to know is why is this happening to the car. Toyota is not living up to their values of "lead the way". Their silence regarding this issue is disturbing.
