Unable to diagnose problem and fix?

Took my Landcruiser to McCarthy Toyota Edenvale on tues 26th Nov for its 125000km service and to repair slight smoke when changing gears, i explained the issues and was told it would be repaired, after waiting the entire day i arrived to collect Landcruiser to find only the service was done. I was told they had never experienced this small smoke and could only assume it was some valves that needed to be changed they could not do the work? my goodness toyota can fix toyotas i was told they had no idea on price and timing but to fix the oil leak, i told them there is no loss of oil. Wednesday 27th i call toyota sa customer care, right i speak to Lindsay she promises to call by end of day, no phone call i call on 28th and she says she is fighting with toyota edenvale??? im not happy and get handed to Lucia she assures me she is meeting management to address the problem and arrange a rep to see my car, again she promises to call with resolution by Fri afternoon, alas no call. I call again on Monday to find Lucia no longer works for Toyota?? i am promised by Godfrey he will call but does not. i speak to Kravasand a manager who says take Landcruiser to Kempton park they know what they do
