Still waiting for refund or feedback

I poste a complaint about a month ago regarding a refund I have been waiting for since nov last year. I have phoned mcCarthy toyota in Edenvale at least 20 times, and Zernobia keeps promising the refund will be done the next week. After my post on hello peter, I was assured a customer service person would look into this and contact me. needless to say, they havnt. This has to be the worst customer service I have received from any company. I have left messages for the accountant and manager at McCarthy edenvale, and noone has ever bothered to return a single call
