Bad Business Ethics

Over the last 5 weeks I have several calls from CCD Couriers and when I answer the call the phone gets put down. I have phoned them back three times now.
The first time I specifically told them to remove my umber from their system as they keep phoning and then putting the phone down. The second time I phoned I instructed them to send the card back to the supplier as I have no intention of dealing with a company that phones me, three times in succession and then puts the phone down when I answer.
Shortly after this discussion I get an SMS stating that 'CCD Couriers has been unable to contat you to arrange delivery of your Discovery Credit Card. Please contact our office on tel ...'

I phoned them back and explained SLOWLY that I CCD Couriers service is shocking and now to save face at Discovery they are stooping to being unethical and lying that they can not get hold of me.

This is a shocking service and a VERY poor reflection on Discovery as well as they are Discovery's nominated agent who deal with Discovery's customers.
