For the past few weeks CCD couriers have been phoning me to arrange delivery of a discovery credit card. The person they are trying to deliver it to is not me, but a ex-work colleague who moved to England 5 years ago. Every day I tell them they have the wrong contact details and to stop phoning me.
I have spoken to a supervisor Mellisa about 4 times now and each time I am promised that the issue will be sorted out but it never is. How can it be so difficult to return the card to discovery and remove the order from their system? Also if on the system it says " WRONG NUMBER" or "DO NOT CALL" why do they keep calling me?
