Problem with service

I had a car accident March 18, 2013, my car was towed to Renew it Edenvale and i authorised for repairs. On the 29 April my car was in quality and control on the 2 May i called again to find out when can i get the car they said that afternoon. On Friday the 3 May, I called and said they said i can pick it up I got there at 3:30 pm and waited for about an hour to get the car the consultant (Yandiswa) took 3 Keys and wend to look for the cars she came back 30 minutes after and left my car on spoke to someone on the phone didn't even go through the car repairs with me but printed the invoice. So i drove back to work and picked up My brother-in-law so he can drive my car while i returned the hired car to avis @ OR Tambo. I folded my polo keys and went in to the office to drop off files and then gave them to him so he can drive only then we pick up that the key is broken and was mended with glue as a result it cannot unfold, so we struggled it was now 5:15 Edenvale has Renew-it was closed. On monday I called the assessor and told him how the car was left on for me drive away and them knowing very well it is broken. I am very disappointed at their dishonesty and negligence. I want shame them
