Brand new car with damaged drive shaft

I bought a brand new Nissan Lavina on the 30/7/12 from Star Nissan. After 228 km Nissan had to replace a seal on the left hand side shaft. We go to Nelspruit 20/04 the drive shaft pulled out on the same side the seal was replaced & the oil poured out. I called my insurance co who arranged to have the car towed to a holding place over night. My car had 10529 km on the clock & a full tank of petrol. I contacted the man I bought the car from on the Sunday morning to explain what happened & told him I wasn't happy about this. Nissan arranged car hire for me so we could get home. My car was then towed to Produkta Nissan in Nelspruit on 22/4. Mynhardt said the gearbox had to be checked & the car fixed before they could drive it up to JHB & inspect it properly. Mynhardt said the car was going to be towed Friday 10/5 only discover this never happened due to Produkta Nissan not knowing anything about it. It is the 14/5 & my car is still in Nelspruit. I have insisted I don't want the car back, it is unsafe. Nissan SA said they would assist Star Nissan financially to give me a new car. I don't know why this is taking so long & in the meantime I am paying for a car I don't have. Not happy!!
