My car was towed in on wednesday Morning to Rustenburg VW. They only called me to tell me that they received my car, Then VW south africa called me telling that my car will be diagnosed that day and depending on the results they will call me to let me know weather they will hire out a car for me, as my car is still under warranty. Since from wednesday nothing has been done on my car and no one has contacted me from rustenburg VW and i was not offered a courtesy car as i reported that i m using my car for work purposes. The sad thing is that it is still under warranty. I have been carless since wednesday.
