Unable to get help

I had an accident and with my insurance had an option of Car Rental. I rented a car with AVIS Sandton from the 12 Feb 2013 until 19 March 2013. I was charged for the extra days. I called requesting for a breakdown of what I am charged for I am being taken from pillar to post and amazingly the account doesn't owe from the billing dept but it owes at the customer service. I need this account reconciled today.
