Avis was suppose to give me a montly rental for the month of may, which i negotiated with OR thambo branch, when i went to the santon (gautrain station) branch the info was not available on the system, i was charged as per their weekly rates R2505.05 x 4 =R10020.20 . When i returned car they at sandton they told me they need to hold R13478.45 on my card to my undstanding when i kept extend rental they were holding R2505.05 every week so for the month of may i was charged and i payed every week .i am now charged a fully montly fee again for month of may. Avis is charging me double for the month of may 2013. this is bad service . i was promised a montly rental for the month of may which i never got and they charged me for every week as they believe i am a cash cow, now my credit card is overdue and i cant use it because Avis messed up my credit record, why is Avis still holding money for the month of may . please reverse the R13478.45 and also pay me the money i am suppose to receive from R10020.20 . Avis owes me a lot of money . i dont want to start with my June story now...
