I bought a 2010 Audi A3 Sportback Stronic in November 2010. Since then the vehicle has been repaired 4 times first it was the revving, then the geabox and computer box (the car was just dead and had to be towed), then the cluster, now the reverse light are off and I'm told that they have to keep it again to reprogram it. On all these occassions they keep the car for days as they are either ordering the part/s from Germany or need more time to fix it. I have contacted Audi SA but have not been helped. What's more disappointing is that a brand like Audi would not be able to resolve this. Can anyone help me in this regard?
