POOR QUALITY VEHICLE

I purchased a new Kia Ceratto from Kia Pinetown via Sales executive, KC Nayager. I have been experiencing major faults with the vehicle and brought it to the attention of Mr KC Nayager who advised that he cannot book in the vehicle and referred me to Mr Shaun (the Manager) who at that time was on leave but Mr Nayager did not mention it to me and made me call for two consegutive days and leave messages for Mr Shaun. The faults were as foolows, 1. Brakes binding, 2. Handbrakes not holding, 3. Passenger seatbelt a;arm stopped working, 4. Dash electronics faulty, 5. Gear two was very sluggish, 6. Central locking not functioning properly. Mr Shaun was decent to call me when he returned to work and booked the car in on 10 Oct 2013. The vehicle was ready on the 11 Oct 2013 but the faults were the same aside from them adjusting the handbrakes. I sent them an email about the faults and i was advised to return the vehicle to the workshop again. This has caused a major inconvenience to me and I purchased a "brand new" vehicle not expecting to experience major defects with the vehicle. The vehicle costs a lot and i'm extremely disappointed with the vehicle and the service i received.
