Two weeks before the expiry of my rental car, I asked them to arrange for a courtesy car to be availble until such time that the repairs on my car is completed.
The day before the expiry of the rental car, I enquired again about a courtesy car, and was told that none was availbale and that they can only assist me in 7 to 10 working days, but they will see what can be done.
When I inform the lady that I did ask two weeks prior, I was told that she did not know that and I must have delt with someone else
Then there is the problem that you leave endless messages for someone to call you back regarding the progress of the repairs on your car and no one call you back.
