I bought a bakkie with a recurring loose connection that the salesman (Lourens) promised to have repaired - this was as a result of the valet when the seats were taken out. After the 4 time that it went back unsuccessully, I requested them to have it repaired by Toyota, when all of a sudden the manager (Pieter) refused to do anything more. Reading other complaints on Hello Peter about this dealer I can understand why I am having this problem. I also experienced the same problem as the complainant that was unable to have a holding deposit returned - the explanation was that it was incorporated in the selling price. I totally unsatisfactory experience.
