WORST customer service I have ever received

My car recently broke down and it was found that it had an electrical fault and had to be sent to an auto electrician. A mechanic I use recommended this place to me. After having the car for nearly 5 days we went to collect it, only to have it not start. They kept the car and said it would be repaired by Thursday 28 March but then decided to keep it over the weekend promising to deliver it on Tuesday 2 April. On the morning of the 2nd I called to find out the status of my car only to be told I would be called back because the receptionist didn't know. After waiting nearly 2 hours I called back again and this time spoke to the incredibly rude Trevor Maharaj. Not only did he call me a 'little girl' throughout our conversation he also threatened me by saying that if I didn't stop talking I would be in serious trouble with him. He also said that he would call me after 1pm because that is what he had decided and he was the boss. This is after I have paid for the repairs and already had one failed attempt at collecting the car. Belittling a customer is not the best option if you want customer loyalty in my opinion...
