Terrible service

We are loyal Hyundai supporters. Bought 4 new Hyundai in 8 years and always been happy. No longer so. Wanted to trade my husband's Accent in for the i10 and dealt with Tracy at the Boksburg branch. Paperwork went through the bank and it was all systems go. Tracy assured me that our trade in would be covered and we wouldn't have to load it onto the new vehicle payment. She just needed to view the Accent which she said she would do 2 weeks ago Friday. then it became Monday, then Wednesday, still not viewed. Then I get an email from her late wed afternoon after I called to find out what's going on to say that my trade in settlement was more than the book value for my car and do we have R20000 to settle the outstanding amount?! I told her no and I thought this was all sorted the previous week? I have had no response from her since and she still hasn't viewed the trade in. I am so disappointed and off about being mislead into thinking that the deal was done as she lead me to believe.
