BECAUSE OF PEOPLE IN POSITIONS THEY ARE NOT FIT TO MANAGE---TOP LEVEL POSITIONSTHEY ONLY GO TO WORK EVERY MORNING TO COLLECT A PAY CHEQUE END OF EVERY MONTH. tHE PUBLIC THAT PUT THE BREAD ON THEIR TABLE IS NOT THE PURPOSE OF THEIR DAY... SO THEY DON'T ADDRESS THEM OR CARE ABOUT COMPLAINTS LOG... JUST FILI IT IN THE BIN. SAD SO SAD THEIR ARE MILLIONS OUTH THERE THAT WOULD BE PRODUCTIVE IN THE JOBS OF THE MONEY ROBBERS.
