We usually have Amos collecting parcels from our studio once a day in Waterkloof. On Wednesday the 20th of April 2013 we had no courier collection from our studio. On Thursday the 21st of April no collection so we decided to contact Amos. His cell phone was switched off. We then decided to contact the depo in JHB to arrange for collection. Again no answer form the JHB depo. If this was a first then I could perhaps understand but every time before a long weekend we dont' get any service from Fastway. I'm sorry guys working day is a working day.
