I took my car for its first service to VW in Soweto, since then my car has been giving me problems. I took it back for assessment then they found out that there was a problem with one of the cylinders, it was fixed, then I drove it for 5 days then the same problem started again. Till today I'm experiencing the same problem, I don't know much about cars but I thought that when a car goes to service, they have to do more than just an oil change which was the only thing done on my car.
