Appalling Service

I purchased my BMW October 2011 from Lyndhurst Auto. On receiving my vehicle, from Avin, I was told that my spare keys were locked away in the safe and that they would get them to me ASAP.On signing for my car-I indicate-not received the spare.

A month or two go by and I give Avin a call about my keys. He apologises says he'll get back to me ASAP.This goes on for a couple of months. Then I ask for the Manager, I get Grant-who apologises profusely and assures me this will be solved ASAP.Nothing happens. I call him a few times too.

Then go I to renew my car disk. To find it was stil registered under them-had to hound them for about 2 wks before that was done-even then I was asking for my spare keys. Still they said they'd get back to me ASAP.

This last Saturday wkend my keys went missing while out for dinner-and because I did not have spares I had to hav my car towed. This morning I had to hound Grant who said he'd call me back-twice-and didn't. Avin gets back to me-they've found the keys. I get to BMW, Avin says they've been sitting there all along-I say but I"ve called you numerous times for these keys and his reply was -"O"-not one single word of apology for the inconvenience. I was shocked!
