I had booked my Kia Picanto 1.2 EX for it's first service today 27 March 2013 as required by policy standards, only to find from the Roodepoort branch where this service was booked that there is not a service plan uploaded for my vehicle.
We had purchased this car in April 2012 with a service plan included on the HP price from Kia Weltevreden Branch.
It is now half past 4, and after numerous phone calls to Kia, it came out that this branch had not uploaded the service plan with the Service Policy company, and had not even had this plan signed by us until this afternoon requesting it to be signed in order for this policy to be uploaded in order for the service to be done. I then requested a courtesy car.
To which Mr Jeremy Challis simply refuses to provide me a car as it is their mistake in the first place in order for me to travel from work and home. His comment was it is out of his hands. Kia Roodepoort had told him that they cannot do the service today without the proper authorisation from H & M (services company), and said they don't know how long it will take for this policy to be uploaded on their system. I have no means of transport at this time and can't reschedule.
