I recently purchased a car (Hyundai i20) from your guys and Friday Henny from Paarl delivered this vehicle to me.
He told me to contact you for any issues so here it is:
The air- is not working
No service book history!
All around the car there's chip marks on the paint.
The keys that i have only works manually the remote of the car is not.
I don't have a spare key for this vehicle
The lights in-front is also cracked.
Buttons in the car was not working
I was then told to get the car fixed at the Paarl branch.
The damages was around R7000 -
Now no one wants to pay for my cars damages!
I reported to your help service website and is getting responses.
This is utterly bad service.
