I wish I could choose more than one option for "nature of compliment", because then I could have chosen "good attitude" and "goes the extra mile" too. The car I currently have is the third car that I have taken to Bosch Centurion for all repairs and services, and I have yet to have any cause to complain. I am greeted by name when I walk in or phone, the people know my car and the fact that I live an hours' drive away, and always try to make a plan to ensure that my vehicle is finished in time. On several occasions they have gone out of their way to save me time and money, including a mechanic who donated a spare he had at home from a kit (part of the kit he did not need), to save me many bucks. They make a concerted effort to keep me updated and their quality of work and professionalism is of the highest standard. The drivers are friendly and courteous, the reception staff always a pleasure to deal with, overall, I repeat, no cause to complain. In todays' times this kind of customer service is rare, so I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you Bosch, it is a pleasure doing business with you!
