I rented 2 cars three weeks ago. We paid a large amount of money for deposits and other things.
I called the call center was not told because the time I needed the cars was weekend and that I will pay extra.
Went to pick up the cars and was told we have to pay more as it was weekend. We were told once the cars is back
We will get our money in a few days. The following day I took the cars back and was told it will take 2 weeks for the money to returned.
I was not happy at all but I could not do anything. I called on Saturday and was told 5 weeks I have to wait!!!
I want my money back today. The cars I rented 3 weeks was probably rented 10 times after I return. SO WHY KEEP MY MONEY
