Huge thanks to Mark Van Niekerk from Toyota Centurion for helping me out with the Natis Docs for my vehicle. He did not have to help because I was looking for a colleague... who was on leave... but he took ownership and helped. Problem was sorted by the time I put the phone down... and even better within seconds I had an email with the info in my inbox. Thanks Mark for restoring my belief in car salesmen :-)
